The outstanding quality of the roof has been recognised by building control inspectors, Assent, MFA and Stroma, who have each fully assessed and pre-approved the roof for Building Regulation approval. This means that building your hup! Hybrid Roof extension is hassle-free.

As with all the hup! roof choices, energy efficiency is assured with the hup! Hybrid Roof. Featuring an insulated internal pelmet as standard, the roof delivers a super low U-Value of just 0.12W/m2K to help keep bills low.
The energy efficiency can be further enhanced by choosing the optimum low U-Value glazing for the Hybrid Roof, with options to consider such as solar rejection, UV protection and self-cleaning.
